Tonight we had the fantastic empanadas! They were perfect for the whole family, even our picky daughter loved them. The flavors were delicious and creative! We had the chicken and beef and cooked them in the air fryer! They were crispy and yummy without frying in oil! For anyone else who uses an air fryer...from frozen, 10-15 minutes on 375.
